By downloading or using the Sudoku Classic - Mastermind app (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

TheTechMaze grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any iOS or Android device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Restrictions on Use

• Copy, modify, or translate the App or any part of it.
• Attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App.
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any illegal purpose.

The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to TheTechMaze.

5. Updates and Availability

The App is currently available on iOS and Android. The requirements for both systems may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to keep using the App. We do not promise that we will always update the App so that it is relevant to you or works with your specific operating system version.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheTechMaze shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.
